Update 5/28/24: Just went to Triangle Hardware again, still wearing my mask, and they still don't care. Need M5x35 screws which again they took me right to and gave me 4 of them. In and out in less than 5 minutes. I think it cost less than $1.50, cost more to get there than the screws but still worth it.

I read the other reviews about their attitudes towards masks. I have always worn my mask at all stores I go to and haven't had a bad experience here. I also don't mind if others around me don't have their masks on, unless it's a Federal/State/County mandate.
I absolutely love the staff here. For screws/fasteners/bolts/etc I would come here before any big box retailer, or any other smaller hardware store. The staff knows every item in their store and will take you right to the item you need (just bring a sample with you). They have even explained to me the differences between the different bolt patterns. Since they know where every thing is, I have always had a very fast in and out experience. Where the big box retailers don't have the screws/bolts that's needed, this store always had what I needed.

Stuck in the 80s. Old guys couldn’t find anything I needed so left and just bought on Amazon like I should have anyway. Parking is also sketchy.

Love this store! You literally walk in and a guy says, "What do you need?" You follow him, he finds it, you pay, and you leave within 2 minutes. When was the last time that happened at Home Depot? Very competitive pricing. A store favored by locals.

Both the owner and the long haired nasty old hippie, had their masks dangling around their chin. This is not as much of a concern to me as what I saw next:
They then pulled the mask up and I watched as they went around the store and became very aggressive and rude towards multiple other customers regarding their mask habits. They did not have disposables for customers either, telling one person, that he could buy one from them. Shame on you!!
I found the overall attitude of this place disgusting. Will never be back.

Update: visited the local Home Depot where masks were not required, although if you wanted one, they had one for you. I noticed everyone including myself was treated very respectfully regardless of masks habit. What a great attitude... Why would anyone ever go to toxic triangle. Never again

I love this place. I manage units around Hermosa and Redondo, and I often need little things to add a finishing touch to a job. Triangle always has it, and when I walk in the owner or one of his staff is right there to guide me through the store. I go there first before anywhere else.

I went there asking for a fairly straightforward electric item. After a strange interaction with the seller, he said they don’t have it and literally turned and walked away, saying “I don’t know anything about that.” Extremely rude. Tiny selection of everything. Will never go back.

I love this hardware store. Great customer service and they have so much selection. A little bit of everything and way more of those hard to find items that the big box stores never have. You know, what hardware stores used to be before Home Depot and Lowes showed up. I love that it is close to where I live and that I don't end up spending half an hour wandering around a warehouse looking for someone to help me find something.

Bought a caulking gun that I did not use. Went to return 2 days later. They would not refund. They claimed it was used. I told them this was the condition I bought it in. They flatly refused... I will NEVER shop there again. It's only $5!... this is a total ripoff place looking to scam you. I have given this place a lot of business in the past. I would definitely steer clear.
