PROS: Nice store displays, very mellow vibe. Locations of store is great! It’s out the way from all the main restaurant and shopping traffic. CONS: Not a lot of accessories or non clothing items. I think Del Amo has this one beat but staff very mellow and personable…would return.

Since the NEWLY CONSTRUCTION @ Manhattan Beach Village it's really attractive along with ample parking buildings. This store which I have visited 3 different times since their opening the personnel are young which don't know much about the stock inside the store. The look inside very well organized easy to eye spot items clean well thought out planning. The problem I had on the 3 difference was a question about the scented floral bottle the salesperson had to go get another salesperson to assist me! It took the manager over 15 minutes to just walk over to me like a dummy I waited the first time..on visits 2 & 3 I left becoming frustrated!

Big yikes. I popped into urbn on a slow Thursday morning. There were only a couple of other customers in the store. I was never greeted nor spoken to for the entirety of my visit. Afterwards, I walked over to Anthro where I was warmly greeted and acknowledged multiple times during my visit. Urbn, please look to your older sister for help on how to treat your customers. This ain't it.

I go to this UO often and everyone is always so nice and this is the most welcoming UO I’ve ever stepped foot in. The music is poppin. I’ve interacted with a few young ladies. I believe two are Diane and Andrea. A little pricey but the quality is pretty good

It's an ok clothing store. Definitely not for everyone. I think the best area in there is the plush section. Those things are so cute!!
Other than that, it's alright, nothing wrong with it tho.

If you like the hipster look this is for you! If you don’t like it I would recommend looking elsewhere. It’s always worth checking the clearance racks for awesome deals. I would recommend trying before you buy anything because the sizes are somewhat off.

I was in Urban to shop for a dress and this employee guy with curly hair, light skinned, and glasses by the changing rooms creepily kept looking at me and remembered my name from the last time I was there (which was in november.)I felt so uncomfortable. Plz watch out for him if you’re there.
