I always call a day or two ahead to get my prescription ready just drive there and wait 30-minutes to an hour cause my prescription isn’t ready. This has happened on multiple occasions within the past year. I make sure to call early because there have been times when my LIFE SAVING medication wasn’t even in stock. On other occasions, I’d call for a refill just for them to tell me that my prescription had run out. This is something they should notify their customers way ahead of time. They lack professionalism and customer skills. I’ve never had to deal with such a horrible pharmacy. I will be switching back to Rexall.

This place has everything! The BEST PHARMACISTS ever!! I have been getting my prescriptions here for my family for over 20 yrs probably 30! I trust my pharmacists, they know everything and if they don't, they'll take the time to research it. They are fully staffed with friendly people. This shows people are happy to work there. I love the selection of clothes, candles and gifts etc, on the other side of the pharmacy. High end stuff, the person ordering all this really has great taste! I buy a lot of things here. I never know what to buy for a bday or other events and i always find something unique here. If there was a 10 star rating, that's what I'd rate this pharmacy. I highly recommend this pharmacy. They truly have the BEST STAFF and the BEST SERVICE in Greater Sudbury!!!

Overpriced everything, they even apply a surcharge to get prescriptions when you're on a government drug plan. Go elsewhere.

I called to ask if my prescription was ready they said yes. I drove over and have been waiting 20 mins and still nothing. Also second the review about the misery lol, unless you can speak French.

I love love love this store. Everyone is so nice, staff are so helpful, and they have such pretty things. I fill prescriptions regularly and they are awesome.
