I've been a customer here several years, and every time, staff and management - and I cite particularly STELLAR examples from Ali, Jeremiah, and Derek - go far above and beyond to make sure I get the absolute best possible service, and they never fail.

The Visions franchise always strives to "make the difference" ... well, this location on St. James and Sargent here in Winnipeg, it is here in which that "difference" will be experienced the very most, thanks to these awesome folks who have made THIS the place I'll continually return back to - again and again!

Kudos, guys ... way to do it RIGHT, VISIONS!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a Samsung soundbar from this store. Upon receiving the package, it became evident that the soundbar was not new as advertised. It had clearly been opened before, and to compound the issue, essential cords and the remote were missing. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, their response was equally unsatisfactory. They claimed that perhaps another customer had returned it and they mistakenly thought it wasn't open. This explanation is simply unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect transparency and honesty when making purchases, especially at full price. The lack of accountability and the missing components have severely impacted my trust in this store . I'm deeply dissatisfied with this experience.

I came in asked the manager to help a boy aging out of CFS. He is a street boy and to help him stay at a home he was scared to move too!!

They helped him out and loved the community and took action of what we all should do in life…..

I recently purchased a samsung q series soundbar and a Samsung full array Qled. There were 2 associates helping me out throughout i guess they were Jobin and Navneet. Really appreciate the friendly service and detailed explanation they provided. Made my purchase a successful one. Thank you to both of them.

Service at the St. James st. store was quick and efficient. Chet my sales person helped me out with my 65” TV purchase at a good sale price. Delivery was right on time directly into my Den where I wanted the TV.

Worst place to make a purchase. I bought my appliances with them and I added extended warranty to my fridge. The icemaker stop working and it has been literally one year of me calling, trying to get a resolution from there. Yet, neither of the store managers have had the decency to call me back or to look at my case at all. They have asked me to send a picture of my fridge reference, which I did, yet they keep asking me to send a picture back. The extended warranty is just to get you to pay more but when it comes to actually use it they put 0 effort into helping the client, every single call they ask the same questions and a "case gets created" which takes you nowhere. Please don't spend your money at this store, it is not worth your time and effort.
