Great, local shop — as a watch purveyor and repair place. Stopped in today to inquire about new strap for a watch I love — and was very impressed with the environment/vibe and service (from Christine, who I ended up chatting and joking with by the end of my visit…).

Left with a great, new strap, battery and happy I found a local place I’ll definitely revisit (perhaps when I can comfortably afford the array of luxury timepieces for sale..!).

Some people have a “watch guy” but here you have a watch team! They took care of me a few years ago when I was on the search for my first vintage Rolex and I didn’t feel any pressure, awkwardness or dumb for asking any question that came to mind. They helped me learn so much of what makes a quality watch and I came back two days later after researching a little more to make sure that was the one I wanted.

3 years later, I somehow bent my wrist at a weird moment when my watched slipped down and the pin holding the links to the watch face, snapped and I called the next day for appointment and they fixed it no problem.
