Noah is the man! Had my eye on the Seiko SBP143 for months and finally found it here. Talked back and forth with Noah for a few weeks before stopping in today and let me just say he knows his stuff. Super personable, friendly, shop is beautiful, and they were running a great sale on the piece as well. Got me sized up and out the door efficiently. When the itch comes back, I’ll definitely be back for my next watch.

I wanted to purchase a watch as a birthday gift for my husband so I went in to Watch Connection to browse their selection. I was greeted by Chad who guided me through the process of selecting the right watch for my husband. Chad was very personable and helpful. He introduced me to the exact perfect Panerai timepiece I was searching for. Chad was able to offer an amazing price for the watch and I bought it. We recently purchased a high end watch from the Watch Collection and had and excellent experience! Could only find a handful of these watches in the country and they were able to overnight the watch to us in GA within 24 hours of calling them! We worked with Noah and he was great! Would highly recommend!

I'm not saying I fly across the country often to buy watches, but the next time I do, I will probably make a stop at Watch Connection. I was on a business trip to Orange County recently and found a little downtime to stop by the shop since they are an authorized dealer for a couple of brands that I like. Rob is knowledgeable and has a fantastic selection of watches and brands that I have a hard time finding where I live.

This location has the best Seiko selection I have seen in a while. They have the boutique and limited-edition models nobody else carries. Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's nice to experience a salesperson who really likes and understands the product. He is wise beyond his years and was very pleasant to deal with. Noah showed us all the watches we were interested in, even though he knew we wouldn't be buying them (40K Rolex and Hublot). In the end, we bought one of the lowest priced watches (Casioak) and the experience was just as rewarding. He took the time to explain all the functions to my daughter and was never condescending or dismissive. We will definitely be back when we are ready for a new Seiko, or U Boat, or both!

We have purchased four watches along with a lovely set of ear rings (when they used to sell them). Prices are high, service sucks, and I do not understand what has happened to this shop. When the original owner (Jeff) was there I was most comfortable. I do not see him any longer so I assume he is gone. When I purchased my Hublot watch I was told I would have a 'LIFE TIME" service on the battery and the wrist band. Two times ago they said they changed the batter..and did not. I came back and they fixed it. The last time I went in to have my watch band adjusted, but they now say they will charge me $65! They are unethical, push too hard for a sale and intimidate (they try with me but fail famously). I would not buy another watch from these people. They are the worst. Sorry Jeff if you still own it, but it has gone down the tubes.

Do not shop at this store!!! They obviously can not honor a simple return from an online business. We purchased a strap that did not look as good as we thought with our watch, noted we never took the strap out of the wrap, Neil refused any refund. What a poor way to conduct business Neil and Watch Connection. Definitely not receiving anymore business from us.
