I have used this service several times and never been disappointed.
I have a Rotary Fob watch that I had previously been told could not be repaired.
I dropped in to see if Jacqui could repair it and she asked me to leave it with her. I collected it this week to find it was in perfect working order. Not only had she repaired a watch that I had been told Rotary could not repair, the cost was exceptionally reasonable.

The work the Centre carries out is excellent, I have never had cause for complaint and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The prices are always far less than I expect to pay, with such a combination why would you go elsewhere?

I would certainly recommend using the Watch Repair Centre should you require any work to be carried out.

ABSOLUTE JEWEL IN ITSELF
I love this place! Pun aside, it takes good service to the next level. My first visit was on the recommendation of other jewellers who were unable to repair my watch, which had stopped working years ago. Apparently it has a pressurised case with a vulnerable seal. On taking it to repair centre, the staff were able to open it and show me the problem. Over time the battery had decomposed, contaminating other parts of the mechanism. It was just a gungy mess. I presumed it was heading for the bin. But not at all. Staff memberJacqui gave me a very reasonable repair estimate with a years guarantee. Great job - and the watch still runs like new. I was back yesterday with an old watch belonging to my late father, which has sentimental value. After examination, Jacqui advised that it ran fine when manually wound up and wouldn't need a service.
Jacqui then spent time giving advice on new strap options from the considerable range in stock. After fitting the strap, supplying new strap pins and cleaning the face etc, the watch looked fabby. Again, the price was great for the quality of the work and the materials involved.
Great expertise, super helpful and friendly and, above all, genuinely honest. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Watch Repair Centre to others. Well done folks!

Took my high end watch into this shop for a repair, super friendly welcome and within 20 minutes my watch was fixed for 1/3 of the price it would have cost me at the jewellers! Highly recommend this lovely little business! Thank you again ☺️!

Don't take a mechanical watch here to get serviced. I had to take my watch back 3 times as it was running fast still not fixed and now the rotor doesn't move freely.

Great shop/service! Went above and beyond, taking the time to show me on the PC what my engraving would look like and how to best place it. Really appreciated the effort. Great value for money and really helpful and friendly. Shop was busy on a Saturday morning but they didn’t make me feel like I was a hassle. Love their ideas and advice , will definitely be using the service again. Thank you ?
