As far as my experience went, the staff were very friendly and courteous. Chris was excellent at explaining everything throughly and sorting me out quickly, whilst still being patient. Another staff member- I believe called James- helped out really well, competently and was incredibly friendly and passionate. They worked well as a team to make sure I was attended to.
They allowed me to look at a variety of pieces before purchasing.
They mentioned about invites to future events so I hope I receive these in the future.

Great service. I was interested in a pre owned watch they had in stock, Ross sent me plenty of pictures to show the condition and he managed to dispatch it to me the same afternoon for next day delivery, strap adjusted to my size

On a recent visit to the Trafford Centre, I had what I call a rush of blood, and was attracted to a window that contained several Tag Heuer watches. ? Another to the collection After a few minutes viewing I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Liv. I was given the option to view several watches. And was made to feel I was under no obligation to purchase. I was given plenty of time to choose Any questions I had was answered. The whole team were helpful and pleasant And took the time to ensure I was complete happy with my purchase.Thanks watches of switzerland .

If I needed to sum up our experience at WoS Manchester it would be "absolutely impeccable service". The team made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door and presented some exceptional timepieces to us. They know how special it is to experience some very rare watches and it shows (extremely positively) in the way the present themselves and the brands they carry.
