I noticed that my old alarm clock had some delay recently. I struggled to get some advice from other places in Glasgow but the staff from Watchmaker was really helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t charge but still had an in-depth look at my clock and advise me for other models that could fit my criteria. They even advised my friend on getting vintage Casio watches.

A brilliant can-do business! I walked in after my valued Hugo Boss watch developed a problem that had beaten two other shops. Adam worked on it before me at his work desk. He had it fixed in fifteen minutes. Impressive. Great result! Great attitude! Great price! Highly recommended.

Don't waste your time with these jokers. I went in around 3/4 weeks ago and inquired if they would be interested in buying my watch that i no longer wear. Showed the guy some photos of the watch and confirmed it came with box, papers, warranty etc. He said he could pay £450 / £500 - £500 if it was as good as it looked in the photos (which it does). Took the watch back in today - same guy starts looking at his phone and starts mumbling about £150!!! I swiftly left and lesson learned. The watch is un-marked - i'll accept the £450 that Ramsdens have just offered.

Top notch service!!
I went in to get a stubborn screw link off my bracelet, saved me 400 pounds from getting a new bracelet as it was a lengthy job and requires a lot of effort. Went to ADs and they weren't able to take the screw out so my last hope was with this watchmaker and they thankfully were able to get my link out after some elbow grease. You can understand they have true passion and they were determined to sort the issue. You can't fault them, will definitely be returning for their service.

The guys at the Watchmaker are fair and reasonable.
Bought a vintage watch from here and was later repaired under their 2 year warranty no questions asked .
Also repaired a very damaged watch with great skill and patience over a few weeks
No other watchmaker in Glasgow would have bothered ,
Steven is a master watch maker along with his crew
