My husband was looking for a local watch company to polish and service his rolex's. He came across this place online and decided to check them out since they were local. He called first and was immediately able to speak directly to the owner, Anthony. My husband knew at that time that he had extensive knowledge about watches. Anthony invited us to come to his office so he could look at his watches. His office was downtown and very nice. He took the time to sit down with us and explained their entire process, making us feel extremely comfortable leaving the watches in his capable hands. He took numerous pictures of the watches and all of the serial numbers before taking them from us. He quoted us a very fair price and promised they would be ready in 48 hours. To our surprise, they were ready within 24 hours and the end price was even cheaper than he quoted us! The watches looked amazing, like they came right from the factory. We also met Sean, his business partner, who is currently trying to find me a watch that I've been looking for. I highly recommend this company. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Their passion for what they do is clearly obvious. They are doing things right and in today's world, that can't be said often anymore. Kudos to you WPB Watch Co!!!!

This is my first experience ever getting an automatic watch fixed, and I would not take any of my watches anywhere else. And I know, a Seiko 5 with a 7S26C movement isn't exactly a challenging or valuable watch, not at all. But this is PRECISELY the point, my cheap watch was treated as if it were a fine watch, and while I paid much more than the value of the watch itself (these are really cheap), fine workmanship has value, and so does excellent and respecting customer service. I wasn't even asked if the watch had sentimental value to me (it doesn't), nor was I suggested in any shape or form to consider buying another instead of fixing it.

The image above shows perfectly how this watch's potential for accuracy can be exploited when worn at all times, and it basically means it will average out with an accuracy rivaling much more expensive watches, multi thousand dollar watches actually. It is not a precise mechanism, but even these mechanisms have the potential of getting adjusted to the point where by setting them up overnight in established positions, they can run without needing to ever pull the crown out. And this is possible on an ever going basis.

Can not give this business enough praise.

If you are considering serving fine watches in West Palm Beach, you just found the best.

They also have great value on their timepieces, not super inflated like most others around. Knowledgeable and professional are 2 words that stand out with these guys. I am temporarily living in Palm Beach and was very skeptical when finding a place to fix my Rolex. Sean was incredibly helpful, laid out all the options since I was on a time crunch to get this fixed and super personable. They had the watch fixed much sooner than expected and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
