I have 2 major issues with these guys. First off, I called yesterday to make an appointment for today. They guy said, "just show up at 10 when they open tomorrow and you will be first." He also tells me it will take 2 hours to install an under the seat sub.

I show up at 9:55 the next morning and end up waiting 1.25 hours just to have my car pulled in the back. After another 2 hours, I complain about it taking so long and the guy tells me they are hurrying and then gives me a story about how it is harder to install speakers these days because the breaking clips and the door panels. But I am not even getting that kind of speaker; this goes under my seat.

20 minutes later, the guy says the sub was put in the wrong direction and they have to rotate it. I am annoyed, but fine. Then, another 20 minutes later, the guy tells me that the sub still doesn't fit and will stick out some. How shows me that there is a bar under the seat and why it won't fit. I have almost been there 4 hours at that point and do not have time to move it to the trunk, so I say just make it stick out some.

But it doesn't just stick out. It almost takes up the entire space for the passenger's feet, which was stupid to even suggest to me in the first place. Especially when I was told it would stick out a little. So, I can't really have anyone sit behind the passenger with the sub there now.

These guys did not seem like what they were doing and should have told me from the beginning that the sub wouldn't fit properly. And if they didn't know, it should have been easy to figure out once the seat had been removed. So, I wasted $180 and 5 hours on this, yet will still have to pay someone to move the sub to the trunk. If these guys were good, we would have done that in the first place.

UPDATE. THE OWNER JUST PRETENDED TO WANT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I TEXTED HIM AND HE DIDN'T EVEN REPLY. HE ONLY SAID THAT TO LOOK GOOD BETTER.

Great place to go for stereo hookups and backup Camara, but they do a lot more. Prices are GREAT. Customer for life.

I would avoid this place. They tell you one thing on the phone and then the story changes once you get there. While not that crucial, they still scratched my amp and speakers during the install. That is is careless and sloppy though. Makes you wonder the mistakes they make that you can't see?

They changed my regular light bulbs in my car to LED. Everything went good and they were on time. Instalaron focos LED que me da mejor alumbrado, todo que bien y terminaron a tiempo.

Was referred by a friend. Great place for audio and they did a awesome install job. Redid my door speakers and sub box with 2 10s. Will come again for audio upgrades down the road.

One of the best car audio shops in Dallas/Garland. Trust me I have been to most audio shops in Dallas, And I haven't seen one car audio shops legit as Xtreme!! No lie!! Everytime I get something done. It's done right and never once have I had to bring anything back.
