I just had the most pleasant conversation with Diane! Her voice, her diction, and her demeanor were making me smile during the entire conversation. Over the course of seven years of using OC ACCESS, this is the first time that I have been moved to submit a heartfelt message of appreciation for the person on the phone who is tasked with taking my information and scheduling rides for me. THANK YOU, DIANE for making my day so much more pleasant!

The drivers are all very kind , attentive, and respectful. This is the 2nd time we have had a negative experience however and the reps are so difficult to speak with. The driver was a no show and instead marked the disabled customer as a no show. They have also missed a return pickup ( actually twice) . This is the fault of the reservation line. Most of the time I would recommend this service but currently I cannot do so. They is also no way to speak to a supervisor.

I didn’t get her name but whoever rep that took my call at 8:25 am on 10/16 was rude as hell. I was trying to modify the ride for my brother since he is on subscription schedule and she sounded annoyed as i told her I was previously at the cancellation line and had already canceled the return ride. She said it had not been canceled and proceeded to only cancel the ride that I wanted to cancel in the first place and hung up on me even though I said I need to reschedule.

What’s the point of requesting a ride for elderly sick customer that needs to get to a doctors appointment at a certain time and putting a phone number down only to have them not show up not call the customer and then when you call the customer service number they tell you we’re not showing up for three hours after the time you put down the doctors appointment for two hours after the time that the pick up was for. Not to mention that that would get you there at a later time than the time that you booked a return time for the patient. The drivers have all been pretty nice thus far but customer service is horrid. They try to lie and say that they have called the customer but you’re the caregiver and the phone number on file is yours so you know that they have not tried to call the customer because it was your phone number and no one called them but they think that they can live because the customers are elderly and disabled and they wouldn’t know. Do better!!!! the only reason that I’m giving two stars at all is because the drivers have been friendly.

I am disabled and could not park in the handicap parking spot because your driver decided to block the spot part way when she went into 7-11 at Gilbert and Ball Rd. Anaheim

Horrible experience. Dispatch makes no sense, seems to route drop-offs to take as long as possible. Drivers at the mercy of their dispatch orders and satnav, not allowed to use their own phone even if lost. Yes lost… satnav was directing the driver to toll roads and she wasn’t allowed to be on toll roads so we drove in circles until the satnav rerouted. Took two hours for a 20 minute trip. The driver explained that this is not uncommon and people have been stuck on the bus up to 3 hours. I am going to guess that this is an outsourced service and the company behind it is trying to be as inefficient as possible to maximize some govt subsidy. If true it would explain everything I’ve seen today.

This bus system is horrible and never on time or extremely early. Soooo many times they have shown up an hour late. They can’t do anything right and they blame it on the passengers. This is a fundamental need for people and their only job is to know how to drive and they can’t do it
